DEED OF CONDITIONAL SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This instrument, made and executed by and between CHITA

M. CANDELARIO, Filipino, of legal age, married, resident of Purok
4, San Marcos, Cabarroguis, Quirino, Philippines, hereinafter called
the “VENDOR”

-and-

MA. CAROLINE P. SINGH, of legal age, Filipino, married to

MARVT SINGH, resident of Greenland Homes Subdivision,
hereinafter referred to as the Vendee;

WITNESSETH,That:

WHEREAS, the VENDOR is the owner of certain parcel of land

described and embraced by Transfer Certificate of Title T-328638;

WHEREAS, the VENDOR hereby sells to the VENDEE who

agreed to buy the above-described property (house and lot) under
the following terms and conditions, to wit:

1. That the total consideration of the sale is EIGHT

HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php800,000.00);

2. That upon signing of this contract the VENDEE shall pay

the VENDOR a down payment of Fifty Thousand Pesos
(Php50,000.00); that the remaining balance in the amount of Sixty-
six Thousand One Hundred Thirty and Sixteen Centavos
(Php66,130.16) shall be paid in full upon transfer of title and tax
declaration in the name of the VENDEE;

3. That except for the expenses of Deed of Conditional Sale,

all expenses relative to this sale shall be shouldered by the
VENDEE;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this
