Owner‘s Responsibility :

 Provide full information about the objectives, schedule and constraints of the project.
 Furnish information and decisions in a timely manner consistent with the project scope.
 Employ experienced contractor to perform construction works.
 Soil Test Report.
 Periodic Material Test of all items.
 Providing favorable atmosphere to work.
 Confirmation of Building plan by the compliance department.
 Approval from Local Authority.

Duration of Service: 18 Months after agreement.
