Job ad proposal

I chose this ad because I am currently looking for a job as a barista. Currently I am

working two jobs as a waitress and the stress of waiting on groups of people for sixteen
hours a day, five days a week has taken a toll on my mental and physical health.
In this ad I found a few things that caught my eye and made me look further into the
application demands. For example, I have experience in this field. This is always
something that hiring managers look for when reviewing a cover letter.
This company has listed a list of their own covid-19 restrictions, after looking over
these safety measures over. It would be smart for me to put in my cover letter that I am
also taking those measures and thank the company for doing the same. The main focus
for me with this particular job is that they are willing to pay over minimum wage.
