Congratulations. Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia is pleased to extend to you a conditional offer
as a graduate student subjected to fulling mandatory requirements of the program:

1. Minimum requirements;

(a) You have to acquire a minimum English proficiency level of either IELTS
(academic overall band score); 5.0 / Overall TOEFL score (TOEFL paper based ; 500
or TOEFL iBT; 60 ) / MUET; Band 3

(b) A minimum CPA qualification is subjected to the specific program applied.

(c) Should you fail to produce ALL the original official documents and certificates on registration day,
UTHM has the right to REJECT your registration.

2. Upon accepting this offer, a candidate who;

(a) Fails to meet the minimum English proficiency level is required to sign a written pledge whereby
he/she shall not be conferred a degree should he/she fail to comply to the English Proficiency
Requirement within the duration of study starting from the commencement date of the program offered.

(b) Fails to meet the minimum CPA qualification is required to sign a written pledge whereby he/she
shall complete and pass the relevant enhancement courses (subjected to the program requirements)
prior meeting the minimum cumulative point average requirements within ONE (1) semester
upon accepting the offer.

3. UTHM reserve the right to TERMINATE the student from the postgraduate program should he/she fails to
comply with the requirements stated in 1 and 2

6. International students are required to possess valid entry documents to enter and stay in Malaysia. Further
information regarding this matter is available in Appendix I

7. International students are required to undergo medical checkup in Malaysia at health centres recognized
by the University.

8. International students who wish to do the registration from their home country should submit the post arrival
medical check-up within THREE (3) months after the travel restriction ban to enter Malaysia is lifted.
Subjected to any changes made by Government of Malaysia.

9. UTHM reserve the right to TERMINATE the student from the postgraduate program should he/she fails to
meet the medical check-up requirements and to provide the medical report within the stipulated time.
