2. Please be informed that as stated in the Regulations of Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (Graduate Studies) 2007
(Edition 2, Amendment 2021), the student shall be physically present at the University and surrender all the required
documents for registration process.
3. Thus, Research mode candidate may register anytime throughout the semester offered. Mixed mode and
Coursework mode candidate MUST register within the first four week (October 11, 2022 – November 10, 2022)
of the academic semester. Registration day as follows:

4. Since Malaysia fully enter endemic phase of COVID-19 (Notice of Student Returning Physically to USIM
Campus, Academic Session 2022/2023), management of USIM required students to complete the whole process
above of physical registration. Failure to do so will lead to registration termination without prior notice.
5. The candidate who does not wish to register this semester, you can defer your registration to the next semester
(maximum two (2) semesters). Please send an email to apply for deferment of registration to pg@usim.edu.my .
6. For foreign nationals who would like to study in Malaysia, it is a mandatory requirement under the laws and
regulations of the Government of Malaysia to obtain the Visa Approval Letter (VAL) before entering Malaysia.
