Asia is the largest and most populous continent.
Asia consists of fourty-eight countries as per the United
Nations along with many other highly autonomous
regions and disputed areas that are often generalised as
countries of their own.
IRAN
Badab-e Surt
a natural site in Mazandaran Province in northern Iran, 95
kilometres (59 mi) south of the city of Sari, and 7 kilometres
(4.3 mi) west of Orost village.
DUBAI
Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo
The ten million-litre Dubai Aquarium tank, located on the
Ground Level of The Dubai Mall, showcases hundreds of
sharks and rays, including the largest collection of Sand Tiger
sharks in the world.
RUSSIA
Yekaterinburg
an industrial city in the Ural Mountains that has many things
going for it largely remembered as the place where Czar
Nicholas, the last Czar of Russia, and his family were executed
in 1918 during the Russian Revolution.

 The altitudes of the walls vary – the highest point is
the Huanglouyuan in the northwest suburb of Beijing,
with an elevation of 1,439.3 meters (4,722 feet), while
the lowest point is at Laolongtou in Hebei, just above
the sea level.
 The average width is 6.5 meters (21.3 feet).
 The Great Wall is about 2,700 years old.

Island."
OMAN
Wahiba Sands
 In the center of Oman, desert dunes stretch for miles
and create what is called the Wahiba Sands. This is
where the Bedu people live, and it is a popular travel
destination for those in search of the true, authentic
and traditional Oman.
Musandam Fjords
The Musandam Peninsula is the northernmost portion of
Oman, and it is separated from the rest of the country by the
United Arab Emirates. Parts of this region are very isolated,
and they have long served as the home to residents in
mountain villages and coastal communities.
The Jebel Akhdar

entire country of Oman.
MALAYSIA
Kek Lok Si Temple-
one of the most important Chinese Buddhist temples in
Southeast Asia. The Temple of Supreme Bliss, as it’s also
known as, is an impressive sight, with countless images of
Buddha another Buddhist icons and gods.

Mulu Caveslocated in the Gunung Mulu National Park in
Malaysian Borneo. The Sarawak chamber found in one of the
underground caves is the largest cave chamber in the world.
Langkawi
Malaysia’s best-known holiday destination, Langkawi is an
archipelago of 99 islands in the Andaman Sea.
Petronas Twin Towers(Kuala Lumpur) were the world’s tallest
buildings before being surpassed in 2004 by Taipei 101.
However, the towers are still the tallest twin buildings in the
world. The 88-floor towers are constructed largely of reinforced
concrete, with a steel and glass facade designed to resemble
motifs found in Islamic art, a reflection of Malaysia’s Muslim
religion.
NORTH KOREA
The Arch of Triumph
 located in the city of Pyongyang. The structure was
built as a tribute to the Korean resistance to Japan.

meter.
The Juche Tower
 one of Pyongyang’s monuments. From the top of the
Juche Tower you can have a panoramic view of the
entire city or you can simply sit at the steps of the
tower in a laid back manner and watch the residents
of the capital getting along with daily lives.
SOUTH KOREA
Gyeongbokgung Palace
 was the main legal residence of the royal family during the
Joseon Dynasty. Carrying a meaning of “a place where the
new king can enjoy prosperity of great blessings,” this was the
first palace built during the Joseon Dynasty. The palace is
unique for its vast area and harmony of buildings, and is the
only palace to have all four major gates still remaining to this
day.
Namsan Seoul Tower
located atop Namsan Mountain in the center of the city. The
tower draws in visitors year-round, and is most famous for its
nightscape view of the city.
The tower features not only an observation deck, but also
atmospheric cafés and restaurants among other facilities.

ILOCOS SUR (VIGAN CITY)
Juan de Salcedo decided to establish his headquarters in a
settlement along the Mestizo River, then named “Kabigaan”
because of the “gabi” like plants abundantly growing by the
bank of the river. Vigan also became the seat of the
Archdiocese of Nueva Segovia and was called“Ciudad
Fernandina” in honor of King Ferdinand.
Vigan remains to be the capital city of Ilocos Sur.

The longest sea bridge in the world is scheduled to open to
traffic this week , linking Hong Kong and Macau to the
mainland China city of Zhuhai.

THAILAND
Grand Palace
-Bangkok ,Thailand
the number one sightseeing attraction in the city, and it's
staggering in historical significance and craftsmanship. The
grounds are a maze of royal halls, temples, and ancient relics,
the most important being Wat Phra Kaeo, Temple of the
Emerald Buddha. A relic within this temple is said to be a piece
of bone or hair from the enlightened Buddha himself.
The ruins of Ayuthaya
Founded in 1350, the city of Ayuthaya is located in the Chao
Phraya River valley in Thailand. It sits on an island surrounded
by three rivers connecting it to the Gulf of Siam.

RINPUNG DZONG, PARO

century.

Buddha Dordenma Statue, Thimphu
169 feet tall statue of Buddha, built at the foot of the hills in

GEORGIA
Rock City
Only six miles from downtown Chattanooga, Rock City is 1700
feet above sea level, with a 100-foot waterfall that cascades
down the mountain, and the famous Swing-A-Long bridge that
spans nearly 200 feet.

Canyon State Park
Soft-bedded, sandy hiking trails wind and weave through
vibrantly-colored carved canyons, exploring an ever-evolving
landscape of loose sandstone and trickling water.
CAMBODIA
Bayon temple
forms a square at the center of the much larger square of the
vast Angkor Thom, and is the architectural highlight of the
complex. This was considered by the Khmers to be the
conjunction of heaven and earth, though the auspicious site
was covered in jungle for centuries.
Terrace of the Elephants & Terrace of the Leper King
 The Elephants terrace was built by King Jayavarman
VII at the end of the 12th century. The terrace
stretches out over a length of more than 300 meters
from the Baphuon in the South to the Leper King
terrace to the North. The terrace is named for the
sculptures in high relief of elephants and their
mahouts. At several sections large elephant heads
protrude out from the wall, their very long trunks
forming pillars extending to the ground, similar to
those of the gates of Angkor Thom.
 The Leper King terrace is believed to be built as a
representation of Mount Meru, the center of the
universe in Buddhist and Hindu cosmology. The 25
meter long terrace is completely covered with
sculptings in high relief.
