Matt:

Nutritionist: Ok, but before losing weight we need to talk about your health. Do you have any health problems?

Matt:

Nutitionist: Hmmm, stomachaches and headaches… How often do you have them?

Matt:

Nutritionist: Well, the headaches and the stomachaches happen at the same time when you eat fried food. So, it’s
clear we have to avoid this, right? What does your diet consist of?

Matt:

Nutritionist: Why do you eat out at fast food restaurants so often? Don’t you have time to prepare food for yourself
at home?

Matt:

Nutritionist: Do you think cooking is difficult? C’mon, I’ll give you some recipes. They are so easy that even a child
could prepare them.

Hi Mom,
I hope you’re fine. Italy is incredible and the people are very friendly. I arrived in Tuscany a week ago. I rented
a car and drove to the inn I had already booked in advance. When I arrived I was absolutely amazed by such
a cozy and comfortable place. The owners received me at the front door and I had the impression that we
were family. They are Mr. and Mrs. Otavianni, a couple around 70 years old. Mr. Otaviani helped me take
my luggage to the room and showed me how everything worked, while Mrs. Otaviani prepared a wonderful
dinner. In fact, I’ve never eaten as well as I’ve been eating here. I’m so impressed about the food here, that
started getting interested in cooking. Mrs. Otaviani has already taught me some recipes. They are not difficult,
you just have to pay attention to the small details. We’ll prepare them together as soon as I get home.
Miss you.
Love
Louise
