Process Analysis of Aunt Sophie’s 90th Birthday Party

What I liked about my party plan before instructions

 I like the setup that I used, everything is organized and in the correct order
 How I organized the assignments, and delegations in a table including a
budget making it very clear in my opinion.
 How I involved the family making labor virtually nonexistent
 Also how I included a backup plan in case of any complications

What I liked about my party plan after instructions

 Adding the who, where, when, attire section to give the major details in one
spot
 I also added specific locations to purchase the necessary items for the
party which will make it easier to just follow instuctions.
 I also added a prep section for myself which I didn’t think about at first, but
is necessary and inevitable.
 I also added a couple important things such as the babysitter which will
more than likely be needed at the party.

What I would add now

 To include a to-do list so that once something is done it can be marked off,
to know that it’s done.
 Color coordination referring to the tasks at hand and the members
participating (who) in this project.
 A more detailed schedule times and dates for each task would be beneficial
for all those involved
 I would move that time and date etc. of the party to the cover page to make
it more appealing to see.
 I would also be more specific with the delegation table stating exactly how
much is to be spent at each store and for what, also being more specific in
the goals on the table.
