Results of the Interview:


1.0 Customer Needs: New and Improved Menu Boards, Menus, and
Drive thru panels, carryout menus, new pictures for inside the
restauraunt. Cost efficient prints for distribution.

2.0 Customer Wants: Revamp the Menu, Come up with some new
items for tasting and once they are satisfactory finalizing them
and adding to the menu. Price Management for all items.

3.0 Project Requirements: sizes for all items Menu Boards 4 Ft Long
2 ft wide total of 4 boards; Drive thru panels 1 ft 7 inches long by 1
foot wide 10 panels total 6 additional for pictures; Carryout menu 8
by 11 folded in half (current trifold 8x11 black and white); Pictures
2ft by 2ft for in store and 1 ft 7 in by 1 ft for drive thru. Quality prints
at a reasonable price. Illuminable drive thru panels so the light shines
thru.

4.0 Your Client/Customer’s Success Criteria: New and updated


menu boards high quality (long lasting), in store menus, carry
out menus, Drive thru Panels that fit inside inserts all unified in
look. Owner Approved work and satisfied with finished product.

How can we improve your menu boards for you?


Looking for a new format than the current chalkboards that we have,
a higher quality vibrant and large menu.

How would you like to approach the Menu Changes?


We need to create a couple new items and take off some of the
items that aren’t selling well. Taste and approve all changes with
owner.
Which Items are not selling well?
Chili in general so our chili cheese fries and chili cheese coneys, Our
Caesar salad, and milkshakes, and this is where we will come up with
our new ideas and replace them.
Would you like me to reanalyze your pricing compared to your food
costs?
Sure it’s been a while since this was done and food cost has changed
significantly so that would be awesome.
What are the sizes of all the work you want done?
Menu Boards 4 Ft Long 2 ft wide total of 4 boards
Drive thru panels 1 ft 7 inches long by 1 foot wide 10 panels total 6
additional for pictures.
Carryout menu 8 by 11 folded in half (current trifold 8x11 black and
white)
Pictures 2ft by 2ft for in store and 1 ft 7 in by 1 ft for drive thru
Do you have the files for the pictures you want to put up inside and
on the drive thru or do we need to take some new ones?
Yes all pictures are available and will be sent to your email before the
end of business. Although we may need to take a few new ones for
the new items.
Are you open to suggestions if I run across anything that I think can
be done better?
Yes that would actually be appreciated just make sure they are
approved by the owner.
Is there anything we are missing?
Not at this point, if something comes up we will be contacted
immediately.
When would you like all this to be done by?
The deadline is the beginning august of 2018
