Evidence 6: Segmentation “Describing Potential Clients”

In market projection, segmentation allows identifying the needs and behavior of consumers to

satisfy their wishes, taking into account that the idea is to export the selected product to an

already established English-speaking country, so it is important to take into account the

vocabulary and structures necessary in English to prepare an adequate consultation and thus

achieve a better understanding of the needs and expectations of clients, and thereby obtain a

better vision of what is intended to offer to the international market.

I usually buy my cleaning products in supermarkets or in stores near my house

Yes, I consider myself an orderly person. Every day I organize my house, my office and the

places I frequent. I always keep my personal presentation impeccable and I have a place for

everything.

Do you feel satisfied with the cleaning products you buy? Why?

Yes, so far I am satisfied with the cleaning products I buy. I always observe that they are friendly

to the environment, that they clean and disinfect my home and my office, and that they do not

produce any harmful effect on health.

What kind of cleaning product would you like it to be improved? Why?

It is a good question, I would like the manufacturers of Limpido to put another type of odor to

this disinfectant since it is too strong and I do not like how it leaves the surfaces smelling after

cleaning, having to use other flavoring products to to be able to remove that smell .
