Daily Brain Meditation Practice

17th September 2020


I practiced the Whole Body Tapping and Plate Balancing in the afternoon
I felt so much serenity, so much motivated to do all my work in the night and I slept very nice.

18th September 2020


I practiced Whole Body Tapping and Plate Balancing in the afternoon ( in fact I use books as property
to replace the plate)
I felt so much positive energy through my body. No negative vibes. I slept very well. I felt so much
productive eversince I practiced Brain Meditation Exercise.

19th September 2020


I practiced Short – Yoga in the morning and continue with Whole Body Tapping and Plate Balancing.
As a full time worker, a lot of time I feel overwhelmed by my work. Practicing any exercise relating to
Brain Meditation really help me to set my way of thinking. After Practicing Whole Body Tapping and
Plate Balancing one thing I recognized is I always feel good, fulfill with positive energy, productive,
rarely badmood, and I experienced high quality of sleep. Also I always feel happy.

20th September 2020


I practiced Whole Body Tapping and Plate Balancing in the early morning. I felt so relaxed, feel so
good about my life, and I felt like I can control all my emotion better. Eversince I practiced The
Whole Body Tapping and Plate Balancing I always feel good about my body and I love my self even
more.

23rd September 2020


I Practiced Abdominal tapping and Intestine Exercise in the night after finish my work. I am feeling
exhausted right after work and then after I practice the Abdominal Tapping and Intestine Exercise I
felt better. My body felt the warmth sensation and I felt energized.

24th September 2020


I Practiced Abdominal tapping and Intestine Exercie in the morning. I felt so relaxed and I feel so
energized to start my day.

25th September 2020


I practiced Abdominal tapping and Intesine Exercise in the night. I felt so good about my body. I got
back my positive energy after it drained while working in the office. I felt the warmth in my stomatch
and it makes me felt relaxed.

27th September 2020


I Practiced the Whole Body Tapping and Plate Balancing in the morning and continue with the
Abdominal Tapping and Intestine Exercise. I was kind of missing the Plate Balancing Exercise because
it is my favorite part of the exercise. I always feel good and full of energy to start the day every time
finished the Brain Meditation Exercise. I felt more focus as well more calm.

29th September 2020


I practiced Brain Flexibility Exercise and Energy Meditation in the morning.
It was something new for me but it was good. I felt good also felt fresh and relaxed.
2nd October 2020
I Practiced Energy Meditation.
I was really messed up with my day and I was kind of fill with negative energy but after I practiced
Energy Meditation I felt relaxed and also calmer. I can back on track to focus on things get rid of any
negative energy.
