7. Create a report on your business progress

This report was prepared at the request of Eka Aliyah, deputy manager of the supplier of
GreenMask. The purpose of this report is to determine whether the existing office
equipment in the company is sufficient to meet the increasing needs. What is meant by
tools are office utensils, which are type machines, writer types, adding machines,
duplicating machines, sewing machines, material cutting tools, overlock machines,
calculators, bookkeeping machines, printers, and other machine tools. This report does
not include the best raw material materials for tables, tables, chairs, and others.

In collecting data for this report, all department heads were interviewed as well as every
employee who, as his primary responsibility, operated office machinery. They carry out
their job descriptions as responsibilities as they can. They are typists, shorthanders, book
keepers, duplicator operators, computing machine operators, and general office clerks.
One whole day was spent in each department observing and checking various operators at
work. In each case, the machine is thoroughly checked in relation to the profession for
which it is intended to perform.
