relating to the lease and to my unit

3. To receive communication and messages from TENANTS, PROPERTY ADMIN and

MEGAWORLD COPORATION relating to any concern of my unit.

4. To receive, accept and get the keys of the unit from Property Admin and sign relevant
documents, acknowledging receipt of the property.

5. To enter anytime and bring in prospect tenants for the unit.

6. To facilitate any deliveries of all the materials and improvements of the unit.

7. To facilitate minor and major renovations, fix and improvements of my unit

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT powers and
authority to do and perform all or any and/or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing
authorities, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do, if personally
present acting in person, and HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said
ATTORNEY-IN-FACT may also do or cause to be done under by virtue of these presents.
