LESSON PLAN Subject: Math

Class: 1-3 Date & Duration: 25-3-2021 / 30 minutes

Trainee Personal Goals

My personal goal is to make the students realize the meaning of the count back by tens and understood
the meaning of it by applying and solving the different questions on the Padlet program. Also, make
them use their imagination to answer on the chatbox when the teacher ask.

Lesson Focus:

Students should be able to know how to count by tens. They can use the number line to help them. The
students will answer on the chatbox to not scream out and follow the rules of the class.this strategy
helps them depen on their self. Also, students will be able to count by tens by doing the differentiation
activities on the Padlet.

Lesson Outcomes

Students will be able to work on different questions and answer them, backwords tens, the problem of
the day and working on the differentiation activities to assist them keeping forward.

Links to Prior Learning

Students have a knowledge when we count forwards and backwards nmubers.

21st Century Skills

Critical thinking: As the students have a time to think and use their imagination to answer on the
different questions provide to them. Also, when the students depend on themseleves to write or
answer on the correct place which is the chat box.

Creativity: while the students working on the Padlt program some of them creative so they will drawing
the answer or write on the same paper given to them by copy then paste because some of them think
out of the box and try different ways.

Differentiation activities (Support):

High level: I will provide to the students the padlet link so for the high level mean a grean groups so the
students with the green group only have to do their activity. The students know their group color. The
students have to count by tens and fill in the square. For example, it written for them 80 only so they
start to count by tens 80,70 and so on. They have a lot of the starter numbers to complete them.

Medium level: The students will work on the padlet program also but with different activity which is
appropriate to their level. The medium means blue group and the students know their colors but some
time they forget and I remember them. The blue group, give to them the whole numbers and Cake so
they have to match these number in ordre by count by tens such as 100 the first number, then coming
90 and so on to complete the whole numbers.

Low level: The students will work on the Padlet with the yellow group which is appropriate to their
level. They have the train pictures with some numbers so they students have to count back by tens and
remember which number is missing and write it in the right place.

The differentiation is related to my research that’s why I focus on it.

Differentiation activities (Stretch): provide the students with some of the differentiation Math book
questions which are necessary to explore and know about it. Firstly, read for the whole class, explain to
them step by step, and think, explore, and write their answer on the chatbox. Next, start with Explore
and Explain part, See and show and On my own. This is will helps them to keep moving forward.
