This week, I learned new things and applied different teaching strategies

to engage the students in the learning process. This week, the teacher tells
me that only will be a review lesson for the students because they
complete the Math book, so I apply different games and activities for the
students when I teach them. Moreover, while I reviewed for the students,
I ask questions to recognize the information for them. Also, I observed
that online teaching give me a chance to discover and apply my skills.
Education is an excellent job if we work hard because I will teach
students who will work in the futures based on the cultures they learned
in school. According to skinner, positive, negative reinforcement is a
learning theory. This theory helps me recognize students' performance
and control their behaviour because the child should know the advantages
and disadvantages. According to the lesson that I teach, which is about
Add ones and tens, I used the positive, negative and punishment strategy.
For example, I create a ClassDojo application containing different points
such as good job, excellent, try again, etc. While I teach the students, I
see how they act and participate with me because I used differentiation
activities. Also, while I teach the students, some parents were asking
about the LMS assessments, so I tried to help them because some of the
parents and students not able to use the online program, so at the last ten
minutes of the lesson me and my MST help the students to join and do
the LMS assessments, so they have a chance to ask questions during this
time. It helps me to encourage the students learning process and teach
them the right way of learning. Moreover, by the end of this week, I have
a meeting with my MST to discuss different teaching style. Also, I
received an email from my teacher about the news they got from school.
For example, I have seen the holiday days, subject projects, and the
important dates of the assessments. That gives me a chance to know what
is going on. Lastly, I want to mention that apply different teaching
strategies help develop students learning.
