Module Title: Emotions and Its Importance to Understand Oneself


Overview
What people think is what people feel? What you feel is what you think? Understanding the causes of
our emotions is necessary. What makes us happy? What makes us sad and angry? What are the
factors leading people to over think and be anxious? There are questions that people ask most of the
time, but the responses we make and how we deal anf manage ourselves gives an enormous impact in
our personality. This module is intended to make people understand the importance of analyzing the
situations that triggers responses. Also, management of the self not to be slaves of our own emotions.

Time needed to complete: 5 hours

Module Objectives

The module aims to:


 Introduce the self in the care concepts and various theories of emotions.
 Provide a guide in emotional management

Learning Outcome/s

After successful completion of this module, you should have the ability to:
1. Apply the basic concept of emotional management in understanding the self.
2. Write a critical assessment output in analyzing the self
3. Discuss the various theories of emotion

2. Formulate a plan on how to surpass this COVID-19 pandemic fatigue.
