Reflection:
Good experience for me to observe and get new ideas and strategies. She feels little nerves because someone is
observing her. She like to discuss the observation with her to know what she need to improve and work on it more.
She was wandering about what she need to do for next time to develop her teaching. She agrees with my
evaluation. Me and my colleague feel that this was a valuable experience because we see how did the teacher
observe use and what they are looking for when we are teaching.
