This is the topic sentence

This sentence is the first sentence and this line of the

paragraph must be indented. This sentence should not be too

specific or too general and it should not be a fact. After this

sentence, we have lots of supporting sentences which

support the topic and the controlling idea in the first sentence

of the paragraph. When writing these sentences, we can use

facts, our own opinions or/and examples to support the main

idea of the paragraph. These sentences can be simple,

compond and complex ones. Finally, we must include a

concluding sentence to end the paragraph and it must

summarize the main idea in the first sentence of the

paragraph.
