Objective:
∙ To actively participate on the discussion
∙ To understand on how to make COPAR on the barangay
∙ To gather data that will be provided by the contact person
∙ To interpret and analyze the result of the data from the survey
∙ To identify and prioritize the problems of Barangay Rizal
∙ To make a schedule of activities that will help the community and to obtain the certain
goal

Deterring Factor:
- For me there was no hindrance while were having meetings to Ma’am Retamar
specially when we do Copar Presentation my internet was good and stable.

Enhancing Factor:
-I’ve learned so much in gathering data in Barangay. It helps me to improve my
knowledge and myself as a student. I also learn to analyze the Problem in the Barangay
and what would be the diagnosis on it. will really helpful to know and briefly understand
the problem inside in the community and in the family to provide a solution.

Learning Insight:
–Being a nursing student, I Found out that the focus of Nursing practice in the
Community health nursing is the very basic of unit of the community which is the family.
I need to be responsible and it teach myself to manage my time as well or me as a
student nurse it is our responsibility to maintain the health of our community. to maintain
wellness and achieve optimum performance of the individual by ensuring health is in tip
top shape. As a community nursing we are entrusted with the welfare of the society.
