PROJECT EVALUATION

PROJECT TITLE:

• Ribeye Steak

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
• A steak perfectly crusted with foaming warm butter infused with smashed garlic
and marinated in soy sauce.

RECIPE AND PRODUCT EVALUATION

INDIVIDUAL EVALUATION
In 2-3 sentences, evaluate the recipe used and the product.

The recipe I used was great for me since I really love saltiness in a dish, whilst the
product is also great as well since it tasted salty. Yet I feel like when sold to other
people they wouldn’t love it as much as I did.

COSTING EVALUATION

In 2-3 sentences, evaluate the costing of the product (in terms of ingredients).

In terms of the ingredients used the costing I would say It would be expensive. But
when you made it for yourself It fully was worth it.

STRENGTHS WEAKNESSES

- Learned a new dish that can be cooked - The taste is salty and other people might
every time given the chance not like it.
- Found a dish that I love the taste so -The dish is still not perfect yet through
much. time it might.

OPPORTUNITIES THREATS

- People with the same taste buds as me - Steak houses that provide a wide variety
would enjoy the dish the way I did. of recipes might cause me to suffer a loss
- Having the right people to sell too would - People who doesn’t like the way my dish
make me profit. taste might cause to spread the word.

SELF-EVALUATION

In 2-3 sentences, evaluate your performance on how you prepared and cooked the dish.

In a rating from 1-10 the way I prepared the dish would be 8 because I had some
flaws especially during the preparation. Yet in the cooking I would rate myself 9
because I almost cooked it to the time the steak would taste 10/10.

activity better next time?
2. Why do we need to learn how to cook seafood, poultry, and meat dishes?
3. What is the importance of incorporating seafood, poultry and meat dishes in our diet?

1. I have learned in this activity that cooking cannot be perfected in one cooking as
well. But through constantly practicing would help you attain the perfection of the dish
the way you want.
2. Learning how to cook seafood poultry and meat dishes is important because most
of the dishes served right now are between these three. Learning to cook these dishes
would also help us to survive as long as we have the ingredients we need.
3. Incorporating these three into our diet would be helpful since there are different
vitamins that these provide. While providing tasteful dishes.

With the issues surrounding the local agri-fishery farms, how can you and the people involved
in the food industry help support them?
- I can help in the issues surrounding the local agri-fishery farms by showing my
support. Through posting in social media about these farms and about the issues that
they experience in a daily basis.
