**Distance racing under the lights with music!**
*What more could you ask for?!*
Hello Coaches,

On Saturdays April 10, 24 and May 22, 2021 the Dublin High School track and field team will be having the
Dublin Social Distance Fiesta at Dublin High School in Dublin, CA. The meet will feature the distance races
of 800, 1600 and 3200 meters. The invitational style Distance Medley Relay (top 12 verified entry times) will
make its triumphant return on May 22, 2021! All runners of all skill levels are welcome.

Why you should bring your team – Dublin High School has already shown it can put on a safe and competitive
environment within county and state health guidelines by hosting four successful cross country meets on
campus during the abbreviated cross country season. A disc jockey will be provided to play music during the
events and will be taking requests from both the athletes and the coaches electronically! This has been a big hit
at previous meets over the years – what’s a Fiesta without some music! We will be giving out 3 “Winner”
t-shirts in each heat and also be offering “Winner” bags as well! There is plenty of free parking available on
campus as well as easy walking distance from street parking. There will be plenty of team staging and
warm-up areas to be able to socially distance away from other teams and competitors throughout the entire
campus and trails adjacent to campus.
