Narrative
 In order to settle things up, San Felix Elementary School, headed by our
Head Teacher III, Irma S. Adolfo, together with her teaching staff had its first
general PTA assembly last June 1, 2019 at 9:00 AM. (Please see attached paper
for the purpose / minutes of meeting).

It started with the singing of the Philippine National Anthem and a prayer
given by Ms. Nimfa L. Asindido.

In this meeting, Mrs. Irma S. Adolfo, presented the different projects for the
School Year 2019-2020 and other matters, followed by the teachers of the different
grade levels. The Barangay Captain of San Felix Elementary School also gave her
inspirational message for the parents/guardians.

In addition, there was also an open forum between teachers and parents
wherein they were free to ask questions regarding to the agenda’s that has been
discussed.

There were many questions raised by parents that were answered well by
school staffs.

The meeting was then ended ensuring that all the matters that have been
tackled and agreed was fully understand by the concerned subjects of this meeting,
and was hoping for positive outcomes.
