Q-1: What is the central message of case? (Max 50 words.)

Ans: The central message is every business needs to change according to the new demand to
survive. Otherwise, new competitors will start entering in the market with new kind of offers to
attract new and existing customers which will eventually cause the downfall of those leading
previous companies who remained stagnant.
Q-2: Write a paragraph on the trend and pattern of the industry? (Max 50 words.)
Ans: The current trend and patterns of casino industry are:
 Has been expanding to lots of places
 Not anymore only focused on gambling
 Extensive competition
 Always comes up with new extravagant properties, offers, incentives activities to keep their
existing customers from moving over.
 Nowadays focusing on Millennials over older, hardcore gamblers.
Q-3: Mention 4 big lessons that you have learned from the case? (Max 75 words.)
Ans:
Lesson-1: Whatever the initial company goal was, requires to change along with time and need.
Otherwise, new competitors will grab the market and won’t let the stagnant company stand out.
Lesson-2: With time, the service and product both needs to be upgraded to attract new potential
customers.
Lesson-3: Also, incentives and activities need to be adopted for retaining the existing customers.
Lesson-4: If existing customer base creates trouble and loss, company needs to shift to new target
customer ASAP.
