Bid Specification Committee, this mainly due to the fact that the Standard Tender
Documentation is not consulted when the Bid document is prepared.

related Tenders.
CIDB documentation to be used for CIDB related tenders.
The Standard Tender document is kept up to date by the SCMU, this in order to comply with
any amendments in legislation that takes place from time to time. ( such as the Preferential
Procurement Policy Regulations 2011).
