Terms and conditions

The emergency relief fund is a mechanism set up as an exceptional measure.

It responds to the social emergencies some Sacem members experience due to the unprecedented health
crisis caused by Covid-19.

Its establishment is the fruit of a joint effort of Sacem relief fund with the special fund of the Heart
Committee.

The emergency relief fund is dedicated to people who are in a personal critical situation as a result
of the health crisis.

Our services

A non-recoupable financial relief of 1 500, 3 000 or 5 000 euros may be paid out depending on the
seriousness of the respondent's situation.

Eligibility criteria

All requests will be analyzed on a case-by-case basis by Sacem Heart Committee members and Sacem
social affairs department.

Only one request per person. The package will remain available until the end of 2020.

The procedure

Fill in the form below and attach the following documents:

• A detailed explanatory letter of your situation (required)

• A personal resume
• Latest tax assessment
• Latest bank statement(s) (required)
• The financial aid will be wired to the same bank account on which you receive your usual
payments from Sacem. If you are usually paid by check, please provide us your bank
details - account number, etc.
• Any document testifying the exceptional difficulties you are encountering (optional)

An email will be sent to the respondent to inform of the outcome of the request.
