USE: Shows a likely or possible outcome that will probably happen, if a certain condition is met
The verb in the if clause is a simple present verb, and the verb in the main clause is will + the base form of
the verb. A sentence can begin with either clause with no change in meaning. Remember that a sentence that
begins with an if clause is followed by a comma.

Often when we are talking about present situations, we use unless instead of if...not.
Unless means except if or simply it means if...not and it used in negative conditionals.
Both of these examples have the same meaning and refer to the present time.
