Position: Territory Manager – Service

 Analyze the market in order to identify new growth opportunities.

 3s & 2s service reporting: product support, customer satisfaction.
 Workshop revenue: labor/oil/parts.
 Dealer manpower - Appointment and Training/Coaching.
 Monitoring and collection of competitor information.
 Capacity utilization and productivity study.
 Service quality audit.
 Waste management: dealer parts business (order, retail and inventory).
 Infrastructure enhancement (workshop capacity, tools & equipments).
 Planning / conducting service promotional activities.
 Ensure Daily, Weekly & Monthly Job Reports.
 Carry out any other assignments delegated/instructed by the Line Manager
Job Experience:
Minimum 0-2 years’ experience in Dealer Sales.

Education:
Diploma (Mechanical/Power/Automobile)

Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh
