Notice is hereby given that the ARRAIGNMENT of the above-entitled case will be heard
on 1 June 2021 at 02:00 o’clock in the afternoon at the session hall of this court, Hall of Justice –
Mandaue City.

Pursuant to SC Circular No. 1-89 dated 19 January 1989 in relation to Rule 118 of the
Rules of Criminal Procedure, the parties, counsels, witnesses and bondsmen are required to
