Project Title : DENTAL MISSION

III. Rationale

Ano Elementary has an annual dental assistance to pupils, with successful missions
conducted last year.
This year is no exemption because we wish to reach out to even more people who
experience the struggles and challenges of life on a daily basis. Primary oral health care,
being a basic need is a priority of our school.
This is why we take advantage of any and every opportunity to conduct a dental mission
in cooperation with the private sector and other government agencies for the benefit of
the pupils and parents of Ano Elementary School.
This is a project in cooperation with the stakeholders, PTA, Barangay Council ,
Barangay Health Workers to serve the people of the Barangay Ano.

IV. Objectives
The objectives of this training are the following:
1. To provide dental consultations and services.
2. To provide free dental services and medicines.

V. Project Implementation Scheme

A total of over 100 beneficiaries will benefited by the Mission. In all probability,
all those who will take time and effort to wait in line will be given dental services. There
will be designated areas ,at the entrance, reception Areas for taking blood pressure. The
Barangay Health Workers and dentists provided complete treatment for the requested
service on a first come first serve basis. The last step will be the dispensation of
medicines. There will be 3 dentists to provide dental services for the mission. Barangay
Health Workers and Barangay Officials will be requested for the manpower support.
Teachers will keep track of pupils/parents who came for the event.

AND DEVELOPMENT this April 25, 2018 at Central I Swimming Pool Site, Roxas Boulevard San Carlos
City, Pangasinan with the following objectives:
a. Raise awareness in preventing Gender-Base Violence link to Child Protection Policy.

a. Identify relevant school programs that promote equal role of men and women in the workplace;
