The Civic Education Guide is intended for teachers and administrative staff
of general education institutions, students in teacher training programs, govern-
mental and non-governmental organizations working on civic education issues,
and the general public interested in the subject.
The Guide consists of five chapters, which discuss the legislative founda-
tions, purpose, opportunities, pedagogical approaches to its effective implemen-
tation, and examples of best practices.
