How Important is Corruption to be Eradicated?

One thing that is deemed necessary for improvement is so that corruption or the complete
completion of Corruption, Collusion and Nepotism is eradicated. But the opinions expressed do
not have any special strength nor do they reflect genuine determination.
The eradication of corruption, collusion and nepotism is often raised, but in one breath it
is with improvements in other areas, such as institutional strengthening, process improvement,
transparency, and so many more. Especially if we read LoI after LoI from the IMF, reports and
recommendations from international institutions, they are concerned with improving the
organization which they call the institutional building earlier.
The essence of all of this is basically based on the assumption that humans are ashamed
of doing Corruption, Collusion and Nepotism. Therefore, the structure, systems and
organizational procedures are made so that corruption can only be carried out if more than 2 or 3
people collaborate to carry out Corruption, Collusion and Nepotism.
Because there is a basic assumption that people are ashamed of doing Corruption,
Collusion and Nepotism, they are automatically embarrassed if they cooperate with other
people, because people who are invited to work together will know that they are doing
Corruption, Collusion and Nepotism.
This assumption is clearly very wrong for Indonesia today. Why? Because humans have
contracted the extraordinary Corruption, Collusion and Nepotism disease. Corruption, Collusion
and Nepotism is ingrained and has penetrated to the bone. Whoever is involved in day-to-day
business will know that hundreds of people can form a cohesive group to carry out Corruption,
Collusion and Nepotism, to break into state wealth and finances.

Script 2

Three people were silent enjoying the warmth of the sauna, namely people from America,
Japan and Indonesia. The silence in the sauna room was broken by a sound, "... beep, ... beep, ...
beep ..." The American opened the palm of his left hand, and read the writing written on his
palm.
Two of his sauna colleagues were amazed to see the writing that appeared on the
American's palm.
"Oh, my palms have chips, I can immediately receive messages without tools
, The SMS immediately appeared on my hand, ... "said the American when he saw his two
colleagues dumbfounded.

A moment later the phone rang, the Japanese raised his right hand, his thumb brought to
his ear while his little finger was lips, "Oh sorry, I received the phone first, my hand already
contains chips, I can receive and talk through my 2 fingers without using a cellphone" said the
Japanese.
Seeing all that, the Indonesians started getting nervous. What can I show you to beat these
people? he thought. Due to stress, the urge to defecate was unbearable. After relieving himself, he
returned to the sauna room again, but because he was not used to washing his buttocks with toilet
paper, a strand of toilet paper was still dangling in his slit. To the amazement of the Japanese and
the Americans point to the 'leftover' strands of paper and say: "What paper is hanging on your
back ...?" "Oh sorry, I just received a fax" replied the Indonesian.
