Corrupt must be sentenced to death
 Corruption comes from the Latin, Amps tio-corrumpere Which means "corrupt,
corrupt, sway, reverse or bribe." The era of reforms in Indonesia is inherited by a great
many of the problems of the previous era. One of the issues most in need of serious
attention is legal matters, especially the issue of corruption. It's because this field of
problem is accumulating. Unsolved cases of corruption add to the sheer number of
cases of the reformation.
 Article 2 verse (2) act number 31 in 1999 and act no. 20 years 2001 on the elimination
of corruption was a completely new chapter in the concept of the elimination of
corruption, the death of corruption. It read "in the case of criminal corruption As in
the verses (1) done under certain circumstances, the death penalty can be meted out."
 Based on this, the death penalty can be applied but the corruption is carried out under
certain conditions. The death threat during the legalization of law on the elimination
of corruption has never been applied, and so only a small percentage of the public
know that there is a death threat in the eruption. Therefore, it is not uncommon for
indonesian to shout for executions. Considering this, it is further to be seen as to
certain circumstances that would lead to the implementation of the death penalty for
corruption.

 Chapter 2 verse 1 says that anyone who disobediently works at enriching
himself or someone else ora corporation that could harm the financial state or
the economy of the state, is sentenced to life in prison. Or the minimum prison
criminal of 4 years and 20 years at most and a minimum fine of rp200 million
and a maximum of rp1 billion.
 Corrupt people get high class treatment in prison instead. They can go in and
out of jail, enjoy super-deluxe private facilities, obtain sexual rights etc.
Mathematically, if by sound logic, it is possible that these human rights
advocates fear the execution of corrupt people because they themselves also
want corruption.
 After all, corruption is a case that every element of the nation must contend
with. Through the cultural revolution as well as the mental revolution,
corruption crimes can be minimized and avoided. Being an honest entrepreneur
is another step toward reducing corruption.
The Conclusion
 Of all the foregoing topics, we have concluded that a person who has
committed the crime of corruption we have agreed to be convicted of
the death penalty. Because for us corrupt will have a bad effect on the
economy of the country, and these societies, and our countries can't
advance like the countries in east Asia like South Korea and Japan they
have become developed because the corruption rate there is low
compared to ours. So we agree here that the corrupt must be punished
with death, only that goes against pancasila
