As there are different situations in life where you need to identify the requirement of clothing

attire needed, be it a wedding or a casual lunch, different workplace scenarios demand

various attires as well.
While this varies upon the business itself and how it carries on in its day to day activities,
some of the scenarios are pretty clean and cut. When it comes to the topic of footwear, no
scenario imaginable would permit open ended footwear such as sandals or slippers.
For starters, under no circumstances, does the word "Casual" mean collarless shirts.
Following up it goes without saying overly provocative or revealing attires are not fit for a
workplace enviornment under any scenario.
Coming back to different scenarios requiring different attires, its obvious that one wouldnt
meet their superiors or a financial advisor while being dressed in jeans and flipflops.
Casual workplace enviornments may provide a bit of leniency regarding this matter as jeans
could be permitted (again, this varies from business to business) but not too informal, within
a reason only.
On presentation days or trade shows one may prefer to switch up to business formal, as it
allows the individual to stand out while mantaining their formal aura.
Once again as this varies from business to business on a dress down day one may revert to
jeans or clothing with quotes or sayings on it (even though discouraged especially if the
words may be offensive for anyone else)
The final thing one must keep in mind under all circumstances, whatever you wear regardless
of eastern or western, your garments must be clean and well pressed at all times.

Formal enviornment for women

Women who choose to go western with their wardrobe may opt for a dark pants suit or a suit
dress, this may be accompanied by jewelry with a minimalist design.
For the footwear they may choose formal flats, loafers or oxfords.
Formal enviornment for Men
Men could choose to go for a dark colored suit with a similar tie without any patterns or
designs, as for foot wear they may choose Loafers or Oxfords with clean lines. It should be
kept in mind that they must not go for brown shoes with a black suit or a different covered
belt. Cufflinks are optional.

Casual workplace for women

Women may decide to choose button down shirts with khakis or trousers, or even plain
eastern clothing such as kurtas with straight pajamas. Footwear choices include flats,mules or
heels.
Casual workplace for Men
Men may choose Polos paired with a sports coat. They could also opt for a button down. Ties
are optional. Footwear may include loafers or casual sneakers.
