VOCABULARY

1. Rugby (n) /ˈrʌɡbi/: a game played by two teams of 13 or 15 players, using an


oval ball which may be kicked or carried. Teams try to put the ball over the other

7. Wimbledon (n) /ˈwɪmbldən/: a district of south-west London. It’s well known
around the world as the home of the All England Club.

11. Wembley (n) /ˈwembli/: a district of north-west London, which is famous with
