This pertains to the fomulation of the Quezon Cfty PSCP as initially mentioned in our memorandum dated
28 April 2021. As secretariat to the Continufty Core Team, the QCDRRMO is leading the effort to finalize
the QC PSCP through a series of onllne writeshops via Zcom. Your submitted names of authorized
representatives are therefore reqiiested to attend and join the Continufty Core Team during the scheduled
writeshops on May 12,19-20, and 28 2021.

Ofrioes and departments joining to drat( the QC PSCP are divided into groups. Please find in the attached
your assigned group for the writing sessions, The first session will be held in plenary via Zoom on 12 May
2021 at 1 :00 PM - 5:00 PM. Meeting details are listed below:
