JOB PURPOSE To assist two outlets and central kitchen to run daily operation & management.

REQUIREMENTS
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and compile two outlets Inventory Report

Prepare and update E-Wallet Report on daily basis (e.g Boost & Touch & Go)

Prepare Food Panda Report

Issue Kuih Muih Invoice / Internal Billing

Deliver VIVA goods to Yen Ai Outlet

Check and finalise VIVA D.O and Receving Report for both outlets

Bank Deposit for both outlets and prepare Petty Cash/ Coins

Daily messaging order via Whatsapp (E.g Bread, Cakes)

VIva Purchasing Goods in wet market (3 times a week)

Viva Inventory Stock Counts and create Purchase order

Take charge on outlet's Closing Checklist.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitors stocks of ingredients and food items and assists with the preparation of inventory supply orders

Receives delivered food stocks and supplies, verifying receipt of ordered items.

Stores and rotates all products properly (follows FIFO)

Completes opening & closing checklists on a daily basis

Completes operations by developing schedules, assigning and monitoring work, gathering resources, implementing productivity
standards, resolving operations problems, maintaining reference manuals and implementing new procedures.
