1. Food habit

https://youtu.be/sUbKIHqSFnk
 Kebiasaan makan orang luar negeri ( Jerman)
1. That German people have their breakfast is bread. Bread is a mandatory meal
for foreigners in Germany. Brands cannot eat heavy foods, they prefer to eat
light foods such as bread, cake, cheese, fruits, pancakes. They also have little
buns called Brotchen / Semmel, Brezel / Breze.
2. Germans, if they want to eat complicated food, only once a day, whether it's
lunch or dinner.
3. German culture is eating together or not eating separately. The habit of German
people will eat together if everyone has gathered to sit at a neat table and then
they eat. Their tradition before eating they set the table first, after everything is
neatly arranged, all family members are called, then they eat and sit together
and before eating they will say goodbye and then they eat because the Germans
have to wait for a signal before eating.
4. When eating, you should not play on your cellphone at the dinner table or hang
out together because German people like to chat at mealtime.
5. The rules when you want to leave the dining table must be permission first, for
example if you want to go to the toilet, something important must be permitted
first. Because at that moment everyone joined in the chat, not only the parents
who joined in the chat. For the children too, if you want to play, wait for
everyone to finish chatting because if they are not finished then the children also
have to sit down too. But usually they will realize themselves to help clean up
after eating or at least put their own cutlery into the dishwasher after the meal
together is over.
6. Eating rice should be wet like rending, curry.
7. The German habit of eating cheese cannot use chocolate

Health insurances
What is covered experts have the same health care benefits as Koreans in
korea this is all done through a national health service which you are
required to sign up for before six months of living here in korea don’t
worry you don’t have to sign up fot this yourself actually it’s something
that your employer usually does for you. For the Korean national health
service you’ll be paying between five and seven percent of your monthly
wages which for me in my first year was seventy thousand won and me
now it’s eighteen thousand so it’s not very expensive but this is a
government program is a national health service run by the government
so it does heavily subsidize many things to do with your medical care by
between 50 to 80 percent things that are subsidized include medical
checkups general procedures accident coverage prescription medication
dentist visits accidents at work or not at work.

Overseas People Health Insurance
Retiring to south east asia is now an option considered by more people
from western countries, due to cost of retirement in their home country
the prospect of retiring to a country with great weather, and lower living
costs can be an attractive option, for many people. retiring abroad is a
major decision, and one of the key issues to consider is access to good
quality healthcare. access to healthcare should be one of the key factors in
your decision on where to retire . as you get older, your health-related
needs will increase. there can be a great difference between different
countries, in terms of health standards, normal care and emergency
treatment. there can also be major differences in waiting times, costs,
and access available to expats. in some countries, the local health plans
may not be available to you, or be suitable for your needs. if the country
has inadequate medical facilities and personnel if you choose to join a
local in-country helath plan, your coverage will be limited to treatment
within that country. most epat retirees will want to seek medical
treatment locally, but also abroad if they intend travelling durig their
retirement. they will want a plan that cover them if they travel to
surrounding countries, or back to their home country to see family and
friends. things to do before you move abroad.
depending on the country that you have chosen for your retirement, there
are likely to be some health risks, that you may have not faced in the past.
indeed they should be part of your research before deciding where to
retire. some things to consider in south east asia are heat-related health
problems, together with malaria, dengue fever and diarrhea the world
health organization is a good source for information, o any health risks
associated with your new country. before departure, you should have a
medical check-up to check if you have any existing medical isseus. you
can also ask your doctor if there are any mandatory or recommended
vaccinations for the country you are moving to. you should obtain a copy
of you medical records from your doctor, so you can pass this on to your
new doctor in your new country of residence. if you are on any
prescription medication you should make sure you have an adequate
supply, till you get yourself moved into your new country, and registered
with a local doctor. take a copy of the prescription with you, as you may
need to show it at costoms or airport security. some prescription drugs
are illegal in some countries, so make sure you will not be commiting an
offence by taking the medication with you. your regular medication may
be marketed under a different brand name in another country, so it is
worth cheing this, before you leave your home country if possible. most
people retire to countries where the climate is warmer. you should learn
how to avoid possible problems from higher temperatures, and greater
exposure to the sun. remember your body may take time to acclimatise to
the warmer weather.
does my age restrict my access to health insurance
some health insurance companies have a maximum age limit for new
policies, whereas some companies allow you to take out cover at any age.
the maximum age limit, if there is one, is typically somewhere between 65
and 80 years of age. private medical insurance will cost more the older
you are, and will get more expensive as you age, because the risk of you
developing a serious choinic condition is higher than for a younger
person. do your investigations to fid the most suitable cover either from
an international health insurance company, or from a health insurance
company in the country you are moving to. health insurance premiums
can increase if you move to a new insurer when you have a pre-existing
condition. it is worth finding a polic
