Welcome to Internship Experience UK:

On Demand
We’re delighted that you’re part of
Bright Network’s Internship Experience UK:
On Demand
Since starting Bright Network in 2013, we’ve been on a mission to connect the
next generation with the opportunities, insights and advice to succeed as the
workforce of tomorrow. There’s no doubt that these are particularly challenging
times and with the limited career opportunities currently available, there has
been a drop in confidence amongst the student community.

At Bright Network, we’re always looking for ways to support the student and
recent graduate community, and that’s why I’m proud to launch Internship
Experience UK. Bringing together graduate employers and educational
institutions, this is a unique three-day experience for students, which will have
a lasting impact on future careers.

With this platform, we aim to support students in their career discovery,

boost experience and give them an opportunity to build networks. These are
all things which are more essential than ever during this time. If we can give
students the tools to be proactive and use this time wisely, they will come out
the other side stronger, better and more resilient than ever.

Finally, I would like to thank everyone involved in supporting and joining

Internship Experience UK, making it truly the first ever event of its kind.

How On Demand works
The On Demand experience is designed to give you the same content and
knowledge as the live experiences. You’ll be able to watch all of the sessions,
complete the sample work and boost your employability. Here’s how it works:

Step 1 Watch the three core sessions and five sector specialist sessions
(see the agenda on the next page).

Download your sample work and the sample work set up video,
Step 2 which will give you all the instructions (don’t worry about the submission
time mentioned in this video).

Submit your sample work by Friday 7th August at 11am. This is a hard
Step 3 deadline, so we recommend getting in your sample work as soon as possible.
Here’s the link to submit your work.

As soon as you submit your work, you’ll be automatically sent a new

Step 4 video which outlines what good looks like and gives you a scoring matrix.
You’ll also receive a self-reflection worksheet, which you need to complete
and submit by Monday 10th August at 11am.

Your certificate will be sent to you shortly after both step 3 and 4 are
Step 5 complete. You’ll also receive a CV/application advice session to support
your future applications.
