POLITICAL

Political factor is totally related to government whatever the government have said everyone has
to follow without any excuse.

 IU business school is recognized by HEC and whatever HEC will implement they follow.

 Due to corona virus government shut all institutes so IU business school cannot be conducted
physically so they move toward online classes.

ECONOMIC

 Economic factors tell us about the financial condition of the markets or businesses

 In COVID-19 every kind of business were shut down in order to save peoples life so IU
business have also suffered where student can’t take classes because of inflation issues

 In COVID-19 the IU business minimizes the employee in order to sustain in the market

 In corona virus the pay structure was also minimized to keep the business in running
condition

SOCIAL

 A place were different individual such as culture, common values, beliefs come together it
form a social factor also known as social culture influence.

 In COVID-19 IU business school were not able to conduct any social gathering because
spreading of virus

 IU business school done allot for the society betterment before COVID-19 plantation drive,
Ramzan drive etc.

 Now in this pandemic the serve corona test kits and install the hospital for corona patient.

Technological

 We all are living in technological advanced world were life is becoming easier and faster
 Due to COVID-19 everything transferred from physical to online so IU business school do
the same they started online classes in order to maintain continues knowledge with same
level of quality.

 The management and all the staff member were performing their routine work like the way
they do it but by just being available on internet

 In this it also helps students to learn more comfortably and easy while providing them the
recorded lectures

Environmental

 Environment factor deals with the climate, weather and pollution

 As COVID-19 can easily transmit from one to another. the IU business come up with a great
step ahead by providing home and office work facility

 Still COVID-19 is here so IU business bring the hybrid system just in case if student can
understand so then they can call a class

 IU business school was the first institute that come up with the idea to do online in order to
prevent virus spread among the students.

Legal

 Legal factors are basically known as directly linked relationship with governmental laws and
regulations in respect to maintain how business will operate and also about customers
behavior too

 Everyone has to follow the law and regulations regarding COVID-19 so do IU business did
and closes all the campuses and offices and moved toward work from home and those who
go against the law were fined heavily and even sealed the organizations

 The government issues list of SOPs for employees also which IU business followed
providing them face mask, face shields and sanitizer dispenser.
