Job Title
Senior Management Trainee – Corporate Finance

Job Location
Candidates will be placed in either in Chennai or Noida depending upon the team requirement. Preference
shall be given to candidate’s choice; however final decision shall rest with the management.

Job Summary
The candidate shall be placed in one of the divisions of the Finance Function –Financial Planning & Analysis,
Pricing Team and Procurement & Sourcing. Placement shall be done on the team requirement and will be at
management’s discretion.

Roles & Responsibility


Pricing

 Respond to commercial section of (RFPs) Request for Proposals floated by potential customers in
relation to IT outsourcing
 Understanding pricing models, financial structuring and P&L impact of new deals, with thorough
business understanding
 Understanding the various commercial / financial risks underlying the deals and coming out with
various methods for minimizing such risks
 Support during contract terms finalization

Financial Planning & Analysis

 P&L analysis for business segment along with forecast for rolling period.
 Preparation of monthly & weekly management report preparations
 Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analysing causes of variance
 Production of special reports required by business

Procurement and Sourcing


 Conduct vendor analysis, Evaluate potential new vendors, and manage the overall vendor
qualification process
 Vendor Onboarding, Price negotiation, Vendor management
 Review planned orders, Create requisitions for purchased items, and manage approval process
 Partner Performance reporting and analysis

Qualification & Experience (if required)

Minimum 60% in graduation and minimum 70% marks in 10th and 12th
First round group discussion will be conducted to short list the candidates for the interview

Compensation offered (CTC)


9 LPA to 12 LPA based upon the relevant work experience prior to MBA/PGDM
