TRAINING AGREEMENT

We are pleased to Offer you the Position of Lead Generalist us here at Z-Tech where we hope you will

Z-Tech Block 7 Lot15 Section 1 Sunny Brooke 1 Barangay San Francisco General Trias Cavite,

Training Agreement:

 You will be having process training of maximum of (10) Ten working with Pay per Lead Bracket
of:
1 leads a day = PHP 100 a day
2 leads a day = PHP 200 a day
3-4 leads a day =PHP 300 a day
5-6 leads a day = PHP 500 a day
7-9 leads a day = PHP 700 a day
10 leads and UP = PHP 900 a day

Any leads exceeding will have a 50 pesos per lead on top of the 900.
Example: 900 (10th lead) + 50 (11th lead) + 50 (12th lead) =1000.

Pay per successful leads.

Please note that after training period you will be evaluated if you will continue probationary
employee or else otherwise. Please note that if you did not continue your training personal reason
days after paid cut off will be forfeited.

 You are NOT allowed to be late or absent while on training. In any event that you will be late you
need to advise your Team Leader Two (2) hours before your shift.

Please take not that absenteeism may lead to non-continue of training

 You will be evaluated by the client if you pass the training for probationary employee.
