Nowadays the internet is very popular because it makes

life easier for people. However, there are disadvantages
that we must consider.
Firstly, the internet makes it easy for people to gain good
deals, discounts online than traditions shopping. As can
be seen, when people go shopping traditionally, the items
will be more expensive quite a lot because it costs extra
money for premises, staff and service etc. For online
shopping, the sellers do not need to pay unnecessary
charges and have support from investors of the
application, so the items is cheaper and people can save
money. Secondly, connection with others in virtual any
part of the world, without having to leave his rooms.
With the complicated epidemic situation, staying at home
is the best but not for that our working or studying is
stopped.  It is now possible to send a message to any
parts of the world through a simple e-mail address and
the message is delivered in matter of seconds. Thanks to
the internet, we are likely sit at home to meet people or
support us to study and work anywhere. 
 However, for all its advantages and positive aspects, the
internet has its dark and ugly side too.  Firstly, even
though the internet can help us save time, there are many
people who waste time on it. Some students spend too
much time on the internet and neglect their school work.
Also, they might lose concentration on their studies.
Moreover some of them can't even divide their time to do
homework but they spent their time on watching movie
or chatting with their friends through internet. Secondly,
the internet has made life easier for people in many ways
but it's also reflecting an uglier side that it made our
information is public. With a large amount of
information freely available on the internet, theft and
misuse of this information is easy. Sometimes you can
see your information is used by strange people and
passing it off as their own to make money. Lastly, the
internet had to make people lose their ability to
communicate and depending on the internet. Children
nowadays seem to lose  their ability to communicate with
others. They are used to communicate with others via the
internet but they cannot communicate with others face-
to-face. They like play alone and make friends in the
internet, increase the risk of being approached and taken
advantage for the bad guys. 
In conclusion, there are many advantages and
disadvantages of the internet. It is for us to decide
whether we use technology for the betterment of our
lives or put it to unabated abuse. We should balance use
internet and go outsides, to make the internet more useful
and better.
