Busbars, Cable terminations tightened as per
11 manufacturer torque specifications (Using Nut-bolt &
spring washers)
Electrical connections/terminations should be clearly

marked as per SLD/drawing
Cables correctly labeled as per drawing/specifications

Check for the adequate clearance in between busbars

as per drawing/Panel layout
Check for partition provided between the panel

17 Check for the continuity of the cables
Check the hume pipe bends used are uniform & free

from kinks
Check that proper pipe fittings used (i.e. Rain Tight at

wet locations) and adequately tightened
Check that hume pipe ends are closed & sealed as per

specifications
Enclosure should be sealed to cover any openings or

leaks observed
24 Enclosure cleaned out & vacuumed
25 Touch up painting applied if required
26 Labels installed on enclosure as per drawing
Panel earthing done as per approved earthing layout
