without witnessing. MSCL shall notify SEC formally in advance prior to the schedule. MSCL will notify SEC in advance 24 hours prior to
inspection.
W WITNESSING OPTIONAL. MSCL shall notify SEC formally in advance. SEC reserves the right to witness the test. If the test is conducted on the
notified date, MSCL may proceed with the subsequent phase, even if SEC did not witness the test. MSCL will notify SEC in advance 24 hours prior
to inspection.
R REVIEW OF RECORDS. Material certificates, statement of compliance and reports of inspection and tests conducted shall be reviewed to assess
their conformance with the project requirements as per applicable Procedures, Specifications, Code and Standards defined in the Purchase
Order.
RA REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS/DRAWINGS BEFORE COMMENCEMENT OF ACTUAL WORK. The technical
documents/drawings shall be reviewed and approved before commencement of actual work.

2. INTRODUCTION
The purpose of this document is to provide the inspection test plan for the supplied equipment and their related site installation and testing activities.
