2 Verify the parchase order and delivery note.
3 Verify conduits and their type pvc or emt or flexibale.
4 Verify minimum and maximum trade size of conduits.
5 Verify all fitting for conduits.
A Conduit system, containing all wires, shall be laid inside the walls
6 respective in plaster. Conduits in the screed closed to the walls are also
allowed.
The jointing of PVC conduits shall be done with suitable couplers
6
and solvent cement.
Make sure that the joint is tight enough and entry of water into the
7
conduits through joints is not possible.
8 Verify that conduits, fitting and accessories are free from damage.
verify that liquid primer and solvent cement shall be the correct type
9
and have valid expiration date.
10 verify all materials as per approved material and specefication.
verify that all connection between coduits and boxes by suitable
11
adaptor.
all work inside wall or at slab shall be pvc conduit type, and exposed
12
shall be emt type.
13 Sufficient gap shall be provided between conduits at cross-over location.
Ensure all open end of the conduit are capped and plugged properly
14
before concrete pouring.
The installation of conduits has to be carried out using quick-mounting
clamps and rails.
Conduits shall be laid inside the walls respective in plaster. Conduits
15
shall be laid horizontally and vertically respective parallel to the walls.
Approved saddles shall be used at every 1200 mm for fixing EMT
16
conduits and 200 mm before pull poxes.
Liquid tight flexible conduits shall be used at wet areas and opening
17
areas.
18 verify that the conduits are mechanically and electrically continuous.
verify that the conduits are cleaned and dry internally before wiring

installation.
