4. Source of Fund: Other MOOE (Office of the Mayor)

II. RATIONALE

The Office of the Municipal Administrator is primarily engaged in the day to day
activities such as administrative hiring and placement, document preparation etc. These
multifaceted activities need the services of administrative aides in as much as this office has no
designated staff, in order to cope with the demands of the daily office routine. Hence this
program;

III. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

One of the functions of the Municipal Administrator is to implement the approved


plans and strategies particularly those which have to do with management and administration
related programs and projects which the LCE is empowered to implement. The administrative
support aides are the assistants of the Administrator in discharging this specific function, to
ensure efficiency, effectiveness and sustainability of this administration’s programs and projects.

IV. PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION

This program covers the period January to June 2014. Upon direction of the
Administrator, the administrative aides are assigned in the respective sectors and are directly
responsible to the Administrator. Weekly project/program, physical progress reports is, hence to
be submitted to the Administrator by the administrative aides.

V. BUDGETARY REQUIREMENTS

Labor cost of 1 Administrative Aide @ 250.00/day Php38,500.00


2 Administrative Aide @ 200.00/day 56,600.00
9 Administrative Aide @ 150.00/day 207,900.00
