Eddie knew where he wanted to run. He chose Dear Kate,

The month of marathons definitely wasn’t easy. The
54-year-old ran and walked a total of 1,138
kilometres in the hot sun. He had to rest on the fifth
day and this meant that he had to run two
marathons on the last day to complete the challenge
in time. He ran these two marathons in just 11 hours
and 5 minutes altogether. Afterwards, Eddie couldn’t
stand up properly but he was happy and his efforts
raised more than £1.35 million for the charity Sports
Relief.
