1 Gastrocnemius = the chief muscle of the calf of the leg, which flexes the knee and foot. It runs
to the Achilles tendon from two heads attached to the femur.

2 Quadriceps= The quadriceps femoris is a group of muscles located in the front of the thigh.
The Latin translation of 'quadriceps' is 'four headed,' as the group contains four separate
muscles: the vastus lateralis, vastus medialis, vastus intermedius, and the rectus femoris.

3 Hamstrings =any of five tendons at the back of a person's knee.

4 Deltoid= a large, triangular muscle covering the joint of the shoulder, the action of which raises
the arm away from the side of the body.

5 Triceps = a muscle having three heads or points of origin, especially the muscle on the back of the
arm, the action of which straightens the elbow.
6 Biceps = a large muscle in the upper arm which turns the hand to face palm uppermost and
flexes the arm and forearm.

7 Trapezius =either of a pair of large triangular muscles extending over the back of the neck and
shoulders and moving the head and shoulder blade.

8 Pectoralis major = The pectoralis major muscle is a large muscle in the upper chest, fanning
across the chest from the shoulder to the breastbone.

9 Gluteus Maximus= The gluteus maximus is the main extensor muscle of the hip. It is the largest
muscle in our body.it is the largest muscle.

10 Rectus abdominis = The rectus abdominis muscle, also known as the "abdominal muscle", is
a paired muscle running vertically on each side of the anterior wall of the human abdomen, as
well as that of some other mammals.
11 Oblique= neither parallel nor at a right angle to a specified or implied line; slanting.A muscle
neither parallel nor perpendicular to the long axis of a body or limb.

12 Groin= In human anatomy, the groin (the adjective is inguinal, as in inguinal canal) is the
junctional area (also known as the inguinal region) between the abdomen and the thigh on
either side of the pubic bone. A pulled groin muscle usually refers to a painful injury sustained
by straining the hip adductor muscles.

13 Forearm=the part of a person's arm extending from the elbow to the wrist or the fingertips.
