I am writing to advise of the outcome of your complaint about Online group session
At Aus Biz Coaching we value all of customers and strive to resolve all customer complaints to the
satisfaction of our customers.
I am writing to advise you that unfortunately we cannot refund the amount you have paid, because the
company policy doesn’t allow us to make a refund after you attended the session, but here we can offer
you another session with a different coach, to make sure that you are satisfied with our service. You
can attend this session within 2 weeks, as this offer is valid for 2 weeks only.
Please contact us to make an arrangement for your next online group session. So that we can discuss
date and times
