submitting their weekly timesheets and stressing the importance of the same.

Dear Team,

Greetings!

I'm writing to let you know that I've been seeing anomalies in your weekly
timesheet submissions for the past few weeks.

The regular submission is crucial since it serves as a statistic to assess your

performance, and they are also used to charge our clients, and failing to update
time sheets results in weekly pay loss.

All team members may access the needed materials and the time sheet filling
application online during normal working hours, therefore I ask that you submit
them every Friday and treat it as a habit.

From now on, I'm hoping to see some positive improvements. Let’s make our team
